Design & Configuration
The reactor uses an SS304 limpet coil jacket over an SS316 shell, at 8 mm shell and 6 mm dish thickness, with an impeller-type agitator rather than an anchor. This gives a flow pattern suited to lower-viscosity liquids and homogenisation, unlike the wall-scraping action of an anchor agitator.
