A 1100 litre stainless steel reactor with an SS316 shell, SS304 limpet coil jacket and anchor-type agitator, sourced from a working plant and supplied cleaned and refurbished. Built to ASME Section VIII Division 2, it suits reaction and mixing duty on viscous or high-solids batches close to the 1 KL scale.
Design & Configuration
The reactor combines an SS316 shell with an SS304 limpet coil jacket for heating and cooling, at 8 mm shell and 6 mm dish thickness. The anchor-type agitator sweeps close to the vessel wall for effective heat transfer through the jacket on thicker or high-solids product.
Applications
