Design & Configuration
The reactor uses a conventional MS jacket over an SS316 shell at 8 mm shell and 6 mm dish thickness, with an anchor-type agitator sized for effective wall-side heat transfer on larger batches. At 3 KL working volume, it is the highest-capacity unit available in this offer.
Applications
A 3 KL jacketed reactor of this configuration is suited to scale-up reaction, heating and cooling duty in API, intermediate and specialty chemical manufacturing, where higher batch volume is needed beyond the 1–1.5 KL range.
